Patrick KellyAttorney at LawPatrick Kelly began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office, where he worked from 2010-2015. During this time Attorney Kelly prosecuted a wide variety of criminal cases throughout the county and served as the Supervising Assistant District Attorney for both the Wrentham and Quincy District Courts.
Attorney Kelly left the District Attorney’s Office in 2015 and switched his practice to criminal defense, which he practiced exclusively out of his Quincy office until 2017, at which time he began work with the Law Office of Robert Allen, Jr. in Brookline, MA. While there, he expanded his practice area to include civil litigation, landlord/tenant law, licensing issues, all while continuing to handle a heavy caseload of criminal defense matters. In January of 2018, Attorney Kelly opened the Law Office of Patrick F. Kelly in his hometown of Canton, where he represents clients in a wide variety of legal matters, with a focus on criminal defense.
